This website is organized by volume to match the paper copy of the LLRW License Application received by TCEQ on May 1, 2007.

TO VIEW A FILE, FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

  1. Click the Table of Contents link and find the section or appendix you wish to view. Note which volume it is in.
  2. On the left side of the screen, click the appropriate volume link.
  3. A list of the files in that volume will display on the right side of the screen.
  4. Click the link for the file you wish to view. The file will display on the right side of the screen.
NOTE: Due to the magnitude of the license application, links have been provided for you to download the files. Click on the Downloads link to view the .ZIP files available to be downloaded.
